Junior Zagato (Alfa Romeo) 1969-1975
Only 1500 of these were built, so if you own one or know of the wherabouts of one, it’s probably quite valuable. Not the most attractive of the Alfa Romeos of the era, but nevertheless interesting.

While we act in good faith with the service we provide and believe that our advertisers are of the highest integrity, it is impossible for us to vet every advertiser and their practices. We publish the following for information in the best interests of all who use our service.
The following is an example of how this scam works, courtesy of the ACCC, Australia website. Please be aware of it so that as a buyer you are not adversely affected by it should someone try it with you. Please report to us any such incident that you may experience with as much detail as possible.
‘Joe found an advertisement for a second-hand car on a car sales website. It sounded exactly what Joe was looking for and, as the price was well below what he had expected to pay, Joe contacted the seller immediately. The seller confirmed the bargain price and explained that he had unexpectedly moved overseas and needed to sell the vehicle quickly to help finance his move. The seller confirmed all the details of the car and even removed the advertisement from the website so that Joe knew he was first in line. The seller advised Joe that an agent would contact him shortly to organise the payment and delivery of the vehicle. Joe soon received an email from the agent instructing him on how to proceed with payment. Joe did not want the seller to re-advertise the car, so he acted quickly and organised the money transfer as requested. Joe got a confirmation of payment from the agent and a delivery date for the car, but that was it. The car never turned up and Joe was never able to make contact with either the seller or the agent again. The scam cost Joe more than $12 000 and as Joe had sent the money overseas, there was little the Australian authorities could do to help.’

After achieving significant success in it’s first year and a half of operating in Australia, www.whatsinyourpaddock.com.au is now also available for residents of the USA to use. Users will be able create an ad for their country/region and will be reflected in search results as such. This is a truly exciting development for our unique website and it’s loyal followers and we look forward to welcoming you and your friends to our online community.
The unique name for our website is derived from the Australian and New Zealand definition of the word paddock, which literally means ‘a field or plot of land enclosed by fencing or defined by natural boundaries’.
Our site is focused on those collectable and restorable treasures that may have been weathered for years in the natural elements and which may now be of significant value to someone who is collecting or restoring that item type or variation of it. Be it a car, utility, truck, motorcycle or unfinished project; a classic, vintage or veteran motorcycle – rest assured it has potential value to be realised from someone who may now really want it. In Australia recently, a prototype of a Holden sedan that had been in storage for years and was discovered to have been a prototype that changed hands only two years ago for AUD$15,000, is now estimated to be worth in excess of AUD$1,000,000 – yes folks, one million dollars.
All advertising on www.whatsinyourpaddock.com.au is free of charge and the site has many other unique benefits such as space for uploading up to ten images and heaps of space for your product description.
The market for classic, veteran and vintage automobile items continues to grow as the internet provides collectors and restorers with unprecedented access to information. Where items may be subject to a speciality such as racing or other forms of motorsport and have the provenance to support such claims, the items have been known to achieve significant value at auction or through private sale.
So have a look around your own ‘paddock’, shed or barn, garage or other storage place and see if you have anything that someone else in the world may want – you may just be very surprised!
Give it a go – list your item today.
It’s free of charge and really easy to do.
